Evaluate the progress of launch and bring new ideas, strategy plan and oversee the project outline for external communications team. I would be a part of the planning, strategy and directing for what assets and creation need to be done but is not responsible for posting on social media, drafting language/branding guides and not part of content creation.

60-Minute Zoom call to discuss vision, mission and objectives.
Comprehensive assessment to determine starting point and areas of opportunity.
30-Minute Zoom call to review assessment and determine a strategic timeline.
Weekly 60-minute recorded Zoom call with Communications Team to review content and offer feedback.
Receive monthly + quarterly Communications Report which will include social media stats, engagement and action steps.

$150 Retainer is due before services will begin.
Remaining balance is due upon receipt of Assessment.
Ongoing monthly charges are due on the 1st of each month.
